The Amzy Platform serves as a facilitator for connecting individuals seeking junk removal services, referred to as "Customers," with those offering such services, termed "Haulers." Additionally, the platform supports the junk removal industry by allowing providers to manage excess workload through subcontracting opportunities for a commission fee, herein referred to as "Dispatchers." Collectively, Customers, Haulers, and Dispatchers are designated as "Users." Each User is required to establish an account to gain access to the functionalities of the Amzy Platform.
